Refund Policy

We stand behind our wellness education reports. We offer a results-based guarantee: if you followed our 30-day plan and did not experience meaningful improvement, we will refund you in full.

Eligible for Refund

  • You followed the 30-day plan in your guide and saw no meaningful improvement in the areas addressed
  • Your report was not delivered within 60 minutes due to a technical error on our side
  • Your report contains significant factual errors that make it materially incorrect
  • You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind or deciding you no longer want the report after delivery
  • Dissatisfaction without having followed the plan
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
  • Reports where inaccurate or incomplete information was provided
  • Inability or unwillingness to implement the recommendations

Our Refund Philosophy

myVital Report delivers personalized wellness education documents — the equivalent of a tailored health and lifestyle guide based on your data. Like a personal training plan or a nutrition consultation, the value of our service depends in part on your engagement with the plan.

Our guarantee reflects this: if you put in the work and our guide didn't help, we make it right. We do not offer unconditional refunds for any reason, because our reports require significant AI processing and expert review time to produce.

Our wellness reports are educational documents, not medical treatments. We cannot guarantee specific health outcomes, as individual results vary based on many factors beyond our control including genetics, pre-existing conditions, medication interactions, and lifestyle factors. Our refund guarantee applies to the quality and effort put into following the wellness guide — not to specific wellness marker outcomes.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us by email

Email support@myvitalreport.com with the subject line "Refund Request"

Include your order details

Your full name, email address used at purchase, order ID (from your Paddle receipt), and date of purchase

Briefly describe your situation

Tell us what you tried from the plan and why you feel the report did not deliver value. We don't require lengthy documentation — a few sentences is fine.

We review and respond

We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Technical Delivery Issues

If you purchased a report and did not receive it within 60 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, email support@myvitalreport.com and we will either resend your report or issue a full refund — your choice.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve the vast majority of issues quickly and amicably. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.

Payment disputes are handled through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle's dispute resolution process applies to all transactions.
